Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask that any cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled booking. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment, may incur a call-out fee or loss of deposit, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you. Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to availability. Booking Requirements • Someone aged 18+ must be present at the property during the inspection. • Clear access to the switchboard, inverter, and roof access (if applicable) is required. • Please ensure pets are secured prior to arrival. • Any known electrical or solar issues should be disclosed at time of booking. Weather & Safety Inspections requiring roof access may be postponed due to unsafe weather conditions. If this occurs, we will contact you to arrange a new appointment at no additional charge. Payment Payment is required on completion of the inspection unless otherwise arranged. If you’d like a shorter version (some platforms prefer concise policies), here’s a compact alternative: Short Booking Policy Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a call-out fee. An adult must be present during the inspection, with clear access to the switchboard and inverter. Roof access must be safe and unobstructed. Weather-related delays may require rescheduling for safety reasons. Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed.
